Sub menu in responsive drop down menu not opening

Thank you so much in advance to anyone who can offer help.

I've got a basic responsive horizontal navigation menu at re-rebel dot com They work wonderfully on a full sized browser but when I view on android, OR shrink the PC browser down to the same size, the drop downs quit working. The menu shrinks to one button nicely (and opens when clicked on), but the remaining do not.
