I Can't add my website to directory submission sites...

I couldn’t find the explanation to the problem stated here. My website is Smart Line ( https://ift.tt/2NyumrH ). When I submit my link on web directory submission sites, I used the get the This error message.

“The URL could not be validated. Either the page does not exist or the server could not be contacted.”

Ever I tried to submit the site with http, www, without www. but the problem still occur. How can I solve this, is there any alternative ways to submit websites to...
