I would like your little bit of Help in giving me your views about building a website.

I want to build a website on "Providing SEO Services" like Giving out Analysis Reports asked for the Contents by a enquirer. Most probably I want to put some Sample Reports in it as well. So I am confused on how to start with it and where to end it.
