Need a wordpress navigation bar plugin added to theme

Hi all!

Hopefully this is a quick, simple one.
I have an existing wordpress theme that I created myself.

I've tried everything, and just can't get the responsive navigation bar to work properly.
I've attached a couple images here of what it is doing.

I'd like to intergrate the 'Max Mega Menu' plugin, but if you have a better free plugin feel free to suggest it.

I don't really care how you set up the look, I just want the plugin to be fully functional so that I can go into the plugin...
