I am working on my client website and issue is there is a formal employer who created a website for my client and using pictures of my client and data about my client in his website and trying to prove my client as a cheater and a bad guy.

Unfortunately he is continuously working on SEO of website and trying to bring his site above us site and currently his site is coming above our site

We tried to take legal action again him and matter is in court too.
