How to get back star rating?

Hey,

I have website which i work for. recently its star rating have been vanished from SERP results page but it coming when i check with query like.. site: www.domainname.com, as you can see in below screenshot.

I couldn't able to understand the reason behind, though i have made every possible changes and re-added code again into website. star rating wouldn't back.

Please help and suggest me where i'm wrong in that.
