Collecting Email Addresses

Not sure if this is the correct place to post this, but does anyone know of a way of downloading all email addresses used in sent or recieved fields in Outlook to, say, an excel spreadsheet?

Looking to create a mailing list but havent ever saved all of the email addresses clients used (there is a lot).
