eBay account restriction

Hello,
I posted an affiliate link on ebay, as they described on their webpage but ebay restricted my account and stopped me from posting any selling ads I received this message from them asking me to verify my account but the link is not telling me what to do:

We regularly review accounts to keep eBay a safe and fair marketplace for our members. As part of our security checks, we sometimes require a seller to contact us so that we can verify their information.
