Google June Update Status

I just wanted to see how the new Google update affected everyone. I tried to research on what was in it, but can't find a true answer on what was in the update.

Our traffic has gone up by over 30%. We have mainly web 2.0 links and we did fix all our speed issues with core vitals.

Would love to get other people's feedback on how the update affected them as well.
