I need to find a good programmer to work with Long term

I've been struggling to find a good php programmer to help with my project(s) which are mainly wordpress related issues. DP used to be great to find good people. Last programmer I worked with together for 3 years.
Can anyone advise on how to find someone with skill and good communication? and if you're that person, please comment and inbox me. I'll always have work for you. Thanks.
