Have not been able to send tweets for the last 2-3 hours (Oct. 15, 2020)

It keeps saying:

"Something went wrong, but don’t fret — let’s give it another shot."

and

"Something went wrong, but don’t fret — it’s not your fault."

Anyone else experiencing this?
