SEO Solution needed for breadcrumbs and internal linking.

Hi,

I have a problem in which I have changed the hierarchy of my wordpress site.

Initially, the theme has posts and post categories.

Wordpress categories are poor for ranking so I wanted to create a page instead and de indexed the categories. This has left me with a-lot of orphan pages which i would like interlinked with my breadcrumbs.

I want to change the breadcrumbs of my site from post categories to the pages on my site.

Can anyone help with a solution?
