Using VCC to buy domains and hosting?

Hey all..

I don't have a credit card attached to my PayPal. I need to buy a domain and web hosting, but to buy them a CC should be attached to my PP. So if i buy a VCC and attach it to my PayPal shall i then buy the domains?

Or if you have any other better options please let me know.

Also i won't be able apply for a credit card since i don't have salary statement, if there is any bank in India offering credit card without salary statement please let me know about that too.
