Looking to hire a good content writer

As the title says, I'm looking for a long-term good content writer for one of my websites. The main content of the website is software guides and how-tos with the occasional hardware guides. That includes Windows and Mac guides, ios/android guides and games tips and guides (PC and mobile games). The writer doesn't have to be an expert in the field but needs to have experience in writing tech-oriented articles and have a good understanding of what it writes. (I don't need article rewrites)....
