A few friends and I started a home improvement forum last month, and since starting we've mainly been focusing on keeping things simple and barebones while we build out some content for the site. We've focused on a conversational approach to building topics, a little bit at a time.
I'm curious what you all think, particularly if you've managed to start a forum from scratch in the past. What feedback do you have for us?
