Alibaba Supplier Failed at Inspection

Hello. I have a basic question.

I am asking for future orders. If suppliers fails in inspection how to get money that I paid to supplier for inventory (or the order)? what do I have to do before I order from alibaba so that if supplier fails I get my money?
