UpWork vs Fiverr

I've used both avenues extensively and can say objectively that Fiverr is the best resource for copywriting and small jobs vs. UpWork, which is good for longer jobs like SEO or Marketing gigs.

For Virtual Assistants, I've used 'onlinejobs.ph' very successfully and would only go there. Free advertising for onlinejobs.ph!
