It says 70 affected pages. None of them are my actual posts or pages, but are Wordpress tags, categories, and pages such as: https://ift.tt/3369uA2
which is a category page that the limit of posts might be set to say 5 and then there is a "See More" button at the bottom of the page so it would go to /02/ /03/ etc...

Is this hurting my site and should if so, what should I fix?

My rankings aren't really...
