I'm beginning a new blog on local and state level news and politics and need help. So here I am.

I have decided to begin a political/news blog that has a left-leaning slant (Democratic/Progressive/Moderate) because I live in a very red (falling over to the right) state that needs such a blue blog and so I joined for the professional advice and guidance I might get.
