$10 Quick Banner Design

Hi I live in Spain where we are currently under lock down due to the virus. I need a banner type graphic designing which I can post on Facebook and other social media to get people on to their balconies to party to lift our town's spirits. So of course think about the sizing for it to be posted on facebook etc

If you could feature our town's bridge in the banner that would be great as it would make the graphic more personal for our town.. You can see pics of our bridge here....
