Massive drop in traffic in last 3 days, how and why??

Hello Folks!
This is my website: https://www.swatirecipe.com/
It is having great traffic of 3k+UV per day but in the last 3 days, the traffic dropped to 200 UV per day. I keep regular updating fresh and original content and also working on making backlinks and so on.
Last year, the website has reached to 10k+ UV per day but slowly it tends to down in traffic but has stayed to 3k+ traffic per day in last one year.
