$30 logo creation

I need a logo created - preferably in Photoshop although Illustrator might work also. Needs to be multi layers to that I can edit later if needed. Also must be sized large and be scalable so that when i size it down for a website it would look good at 100px x 100px.

Both text areas should use the same font and NOT be a sans-serif font. This of course will be a layer so that i could change the font if needed. The left side text will only be 4 characters and the right side text will be 5...
