Entering Amazon consulting space

Hi everyone,

I've been working as an e-commerce manager primarily focused on Amazon, and I am considering starting a consultancy business to help SME to launch and grow on Amazon. My priority is to offer the turnkey type of mandates so I wouldn't devalue my skills and time by going the a la carte route
