Brexit for ecommerce: there's no deal yet?

Hey all,

I have been reading up on what will happen if I start selling into the UK from tomorrow onwards. For those who missed out: at 23h CET, Brexit will be in effect and the UK will officially leave the EU.

I was reading this article on that ecommerce sellers need to prepare for with Brexit, and I got a bit confused. I thought now that Brexit is happening, there was already a deal with the EU, but I see now that during this "Transition Period", a deal still needs to be discussed. Whot?...
