Best affiliate program for a file hosting site?

I recently setup a file hosting site, but quickly realized that many affiliate networks don't allow these types of sites since it's very easy for somebody to upload and distribute illegal content. Are there any affiliate networks that allows these types of sites? And if so, what do you think are my best options?
