I represent a big advertising firm; these days we are gathering all of Taboola's old publishers who never got payment for their last activity in the system and became - Deactivated. We have solid proof and suspicious they took publishers money without any reason whatsoever and never refunded any advertiser on the other hand. meaning - even if the reason for closing your account is a good one - if they sold your traffic to another advertiser and didn't refund him - that's a scam -...
