Facebook Account to Rent?

Hello guys

maybe you can help me with that. About 1 year ago I used AiTargets(FB official partner) FB accs for rent to advertise products from my online shop. I paid around 10-15% of ads budget and they provided a FB account with optimizing tools etc. Now they don't offer the service like that or only for few countries like Russia. Maybe somebody can tell me who offer such services nowadays? Any alternatives to advertise for a fee?
