Facebook disabled account problems

I recently set up a Facebook account and received a confirmation number. Then my account became disabled. I was asked to send in 2 forms of ID which I did - UK Driving license and UK Passport. I was told I'd get an e-mailed response. I'm still waiting for this and my account is still disabled. What I find appalling is that to report this to the Facebook Help (?) Centre, you have to log into your account - but that's that I can't do !!! There is no phone number to contact anyone. I did come...
