URL structure question

Hi,

I have the following example page and wondered if it is better to have the shortest URL possible, e.g. http://bit.ly/2vQfwUA or is it better to have just http://bit.ly/2wa8YTo

Will having a sub directory relating to the page be beneficial, e.g /services/?
