Does Google change your organic position when you use their test tool?

This is weird. When I use the Google Ads test tool to look at my organic ranking, I haven't been able to get it above 6th or 7th. But when I use the Anonymouse search at http://bit.ly/2JFXT32
I move up to something like 2nd in organic.

Does Google downgrade my organic in their test tool, because I use their Google Ads too, and they don't want me thinking my organic is better?

( Actually, neither is working for my part time home...
