B2B Logo Design - $20

Looking for a new, more modern looking logo for my site: https://www.business4beginners.co.uk/

You can see that the existing logo doesn't fit in the site design anymore and, besides, it's several years old and is looking a bit dated.

Ideally, I'd like to keep close to the colour scheme that's on the site at the moment. The logo should also incorporate some kind of icon (though it doesn't have to be the lightbulb) so that the icon can work as a favicon.
