Hi Guys,
want to know what is the best way you suggest to increase the DA of any website quickly to help it make popular on specific keywords to gain more and more organic traffic from google search engine?

I have the site i will not sure, that i bought an expired old domain and made some submissions using manually to social sites etc of high pr, and now doing some backlinks from articles on different sites and by posting comments etc, however, seen no increase in the organic...
