Fun, creative and child-friendly logo needed - $20

I am on the hunt for the perfect logo. It is for a new charity project called The Learning Club. As it’s a charity there is very little money available to spend so I appreciate this is a low budget but hope there are people still happy to help.

The logo should look bright and happy, inclusive, child-friendly, and attractive. I like the idea of having a circular design to represent the club/inclusivity element, although open to other designs too.
