Create Post, But Can't Post Or Attach Photos

I can post on my page but not others. I type in the post, and try to attach photos, but the photos don't show and there isn't a Post button. I've been googling this and it seems a common issue, hope someone can help with this.

I use FFox o my desktop and the only fix I've tried is update adobe flash.
