A friend of mine is producing high-quality coffee machines and decided to go full direct-to-consumer. We've currently had a discussion about him being frustrated that despite being able to offer a great, stylish coffee machine at lower than comparable retail prices, he is having trouble delivering that product experience to potential customers - and losing out to brick and mortor retailers.
Do you know any smart ways aside from pop-up stores (doesn't have the resources) and the like?...
Are there any creative hacks for providing product experience for D2Cs?
