Twitter account suspended due to copywright

Hi,

I was wondering if anybody could please assist with my query.

Basically, my twitter account was suspended for copyright infringement and Twitter support offers nothing but automated emails getting me no further forward to restoring my account. They keep saying to ask the complainant to retract their DCMA complaint, however Twitter have withheld the notice, therefore I don't know who to contact!

Any advice on how to save this account?...
