Layout Design - $50

I need a postcard size (rectangular) pet feeder magnetic board layout. I have a concept in my head, but need a stylish design. Here's the base concept:

• TOP Header Title: DID YOU FEED ME TODAY?
• MIDDLE 7X2 Table
  • (7 columns for each day of the week; 2 row for AM/PM)
  • The idea is that as the pet is fed twice per day, the owner will place a checkmark as they are fed
• BOTTOM will have a place to write in notes
