I need a proofreader/editor for my established word press e commerce

I sell online exams and study guides and the set up is driving me crazy when I try to edit certain online exam content. Can someone point me in the right direction? I was given instructions by the Developer in FL but she does not care I guess. She does something because she bills us 50/mo. It was fine in Sept 2018 but maybe it needs to be updated since then idk.
