Google Contributor name needs updating

We're going through a rebranding exercise and Google Business made it really easy to get rid of problematic photos, update our business name etc EXCEPT for when you click on a photo and see who the contributor was.

What I can see is that they know that I uploaded the photo, they know the business name but they still show the old one.

Any clues about where I go to update that?
