Ecom Website/App without Any Price

I want to create a website where I will be having Categories, Tags, Catalogs, Brands & all other stuff except Price.

In place of Price, it will be having an Add to list section where the user can add to a list and send to us. We will check the list and send price later via mail or offline.
In place of Add to cart, there will be Add to list.
The payment option will be Bank Transfer or other online payments.
